As with any wound, handwashing is considered to be the most important measure in
preventing the transfer of infectious material, and therefore preventing the spread of

1. Clean hands thoroughly with anti-microbial soap and rinse with tepid water.

2. Gently lather your tattoo with a gentle soap or anti-microbial soap using your fingertips
and working in small circles from the center of the tattoo outwards.

3. Rinse with warm water and gently blot dry with a clean towel or disposable paper towel.

You should clean your new tattoo at least 3-4 times daily and allow it to breathe and dry out
for the first 48 hours to lessen the chance for infection or contamination. Occasionally, articles of clothing may become adhered to the new tattoo. DO NOT pull the garment from the tattoo without first saturating the fabric with warm water as damage may occur.

After 48 hours, apply a small amount of plain white, unscented lotion to the tattoo after cleaning. Continue cleaning the tattoo daily and applying lotion as necessary. Many clients choose to apply a range of petroleum-based products to their new tattoo. Examples of these include, but are not limited to: A&D ointment, Neosporin, and Triple Antibiotic. As these products may encourage faster heal-time, they may also encourage contamination and infection if applied incorrectly. If using these products, DO NOT leave a sticky, shiny surface, as this may allow dirt, hair, lint, and other gross debris to adhere to the open wound and increase the chance for infection or contamination.

During the first 48 hours, inflammation is common. Inflammation is NOT an indication of
infection. The new tattoo will take approximately two (2) weeks to initially heal. A hazy layer of proteins will remain, clouding the tattoo. This will last approximately two (2) weeks as the fibroblasts lay a new bed of collagen and produce new capillaries.

Avoid exposure to the sun and chlorinated water during the healing phase. Use a moderate
level of UV protectant beyond that. Treat your new tattoo as a lifetime investment......because IT IS!

Hours of Operation:

The first step to getting your new, custom tattoo is to set up a consultation by emailing a request. All requests for consultations and appointments are made by emailing Please do not call the studio for scheduling. All scheduling is by email ONLY and are handled by my manager. Consultations are a free service and are usually done on Monday's. This allows us to set down and go over the idea's or concepts for the artwork as well as ask any questions concerning the design or layout, check skin type, and look for visible problems. This will be the time to discuss things that will or will NOT work for your design.

Upon completion of the consultation, the next step is to book the appointment for the tattoo. A deposit is required to secure ALL appointments. This deposit is deducted from the total amount after the tattoo is completed. Also, this deposit is non-refundable. We require a 72 hour notice prior to your appointment. If you cannot make the scheduled appointment, a new appointment will be booked for you if we are notified prior to the 72 hour time limit. Anyone not responding prior to the 72 hour rule will forfeit the original deposit and be required to leave a new deposit for the reschedule. Deposits can be made in person or over the phone with a credit/debit card.

As I am usually booked out for several weeks or months, please be patient while waiting for your design. I do not always have the time to work on it in a timely manner. Most of my designs are started just days prior to the appointment. Also, be prepared to work with the artist concerning design elements and composition. I usually focus on one style of tattooing for long periods of time. Sometimes this results in designs not being accepted and usually are referred to another artist who focuses on that particular style of tattooing. I do this to provide the best possible tattoo for the client, even if I am not the one to do the tattoo.

ALL tattoos are guaranteed. All touch-ups are FREE for the first (3)three months. For all tattoos older than that, a set-up fee plus time will be charged. Sorry, no weekend touch-ups!!

We do NOT quote tattoos over the phone, so please DO NOT call and ask!
